Hauke, M0TXH, awarded the G0BBB Trophy

The G0BBB Trophy is awarded to the club member who has done most for the club in the previous year. This year’s award went to Hauke, M0TXH, for his work as the linchpin of the GB70E Royal Jubilee Special Special Event Station (SSES).

The station was jointly run by Burnham Beeches Radio Club and Cray Valley Radio Society with members of the Bracknell Amateur Radio Society helping with the operating. Hauke put in a huge amount of time with the planning, logistics and public communications for the event. He even created and ran the GB70 national website on behalf of the RSGB. Definitely a feather in the BBRC cap. Well done Hauke!
