LoTW may be back but DXCC isn’t
Although the ARRL have managed to restore most services since their major cyber-attack, DXCC isn’t one of them. Not only is the DXCC online application system “unavailable” but they don’t yet have the ability to print DXCC or VUCC award certificates (as these use part of the DXCC system). The ARRL say “All DXCC data is secure” which might seem to suggest it isn’t currently available. In fact the LoTW system does show DXCC data – country counts, new LoTW countries etc.
