Ofcom final decision on EMF licence conditions
Ofcom published their final decision today, May 18. As expected they have gone ahead with their proposal but have allowed an extra 6 months before compliance will be needed for frequencies below 110 MHz. NB The licence variation came into effect today.
Ofcom are improving their guidance to licensees and are promising improvements to the EMF calculator, compliance flowchart, simple guidance and additional guidance for amateurs. Not all documents are available yet but the new licence booklet is.
